Coconut Peppermint Toothpaste Recipe
Here is a great recipe for making your own toothpaste WITHOUT flouride!
Ingredients:
- 3 tablespoons coconut oil
- 3 tablespoons baking soda
- 25 drops peppermint oil
- 1 packet Stevia
- 2 teaspoons vegetable glycerin
Directions:
Mash up coconut oil and baking soda in a bowl (fork works best) until it is properly mixed. Add in the peppermint oil, vegetable glycerin and stevia and stir until it reaches toothpaste consistency. Keep your toothpaste in a cool place or the coconut oil may melt a bit. This recipe is all natural and will keep your teeth perfectly clean, so mix and brush away!
