Rosemary Hair Strengthening Recipe
- 2 drops of altar cedar wood oil
- 2 drops of thyme oil
- 3 drops of lavender oil
- 3 drops of rosemary oil
- 1/2 once of a carrier oil (jojoba, coconut, or grapeseed oil)
Combine the altar cedar wood oil, thyme oil, lavender oil and rosemary oil. Mix these together with the carrier oil. Then massage the mixture into your scalp and finger comb the oil treatment through your hair, focusing on the brittle ends and dry areas. You can put your hair in a warm, moist towel, a plastic bag, or no wrap at all–but leave the essential oil treatment in your hair for at least a half an hour. Complete the process by washing your hair with a protein-rich volumizing shampoo and finish with a protein-based conditioner. After that you can style as your normally would!
